Chief People Officer
Amal is Chief People Officer at Al Salam Education. She is a trained Co-Active Coach and SHRM certified HR professional who brings a wealth of experience in HR within the education field. She leads the wellbeing initiatives and oversees the HR functions across the group, strategically enhancing people-centric initiatives. Through her coaching skills, Amal is actively working to embed a coaching culture within Al Salam, fostering a positive and growth-oriented workplace.
Amal joined Al Salam in 2019, and since then, her tireless efforts have been dedicated to transforming the HR department into a centre of excellence.
